Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Ltd., the leader in captive management insurance in Bermuda, invites applications for the position of Human Resource Representative/Payroll.

This is a challenging Human Resource position involves assisting the Human Resource Representative/Payroll.

This is a challenging Human Resource position involves assisting the Human Resource Department in a diverse range of duties.  These include but are not limited to
• Payroll administration
• Administration of employee benefit programs
• Compliance with Government regulations
• Provision of information to employees
• Administrative support for the department

The applicant should have at least three to five years experience in a similar position.  The successful applicant must be self-motivated, have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be fully capable of working on his/her own initiative.  Direct experience with Microsoft Office Suite computer applications is required – exposure to Great Plains would be an asset.  Experience with PeopleSoft payroll, benefit and HR system would be a distinct advantage.  An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related filed would be a benefit.
