SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
Applicant must possess a degree or diploma in architecture or architectural technology from a recognized, accredited place of learning involving five or more years of study and/or certification of technical ability from a professional group such as CIAT or AATO. Applicant must possess excellent AutoCAD 2010 skills, sound knowledge of construction techniques and detailing, and extensive experience in contract administration and project management. Proven team leadership skills are essential together with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and contractors to ensure success of projects from start to finish.
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Applicant must have university degree in the Interior Design from an accredited place of learning and be professionally licensed with minimum 5 years work experience in a professional setting. Applicant should have membership of BSID be registered LEED©AP with a sustainable work experience and possess AutoCAD 2010 skills. Proven experience in organizational management of a design department, mentoring, design and administration of corporate and residential projects from inception to project close-out essential.
